The breakfast was decent and a shuttle service to the airport is available for a fee. the hotel was quite close to the city center and there were a few shops nearby that were convenient.
The customer service was very poor and the staff lacked English language skills. I had to ask constantly for information about the hotel and the surrounding area.

From my experience at Mari Suites, I found two notable features worth mentioning. the room had big closets, providing ample storage space for all my belongings. This was particularly convenient as a frequent traveler with multiple suitcases. the facilities in the room were of excellent quality. The room was well-equipped with essential amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring Istanbul.
I must point out one slight discrepancy in the information provided in the database. The description mentioned a mini-bar in the room, but unfortunately, it was not available during my stay.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection to cater to different diets. The hotel location made it easy to get around on foot, and there was no need to use public transportation.

The hotel had a great location near a big shopping center and the metro station. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the reception team, who made check-in and check-out a breeze. the room was clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. Best of all, the breakfast was very delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.
The noise level in the hotel was quite high, especially if you have a connecting room. some of the staff members struggled with speaking English fluently, which made communication somewhat difficult.

The hotel offers a free transfer service to Cevahir shopping centre, which was very convenient for us when we went shopping. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, and we particularly want to thank the receptionist Admen who was very helpful. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was amazing and catered to various dietary needs. The location is great as everything is within walking distance, and the hotel also offers an airport shuttle service for a fee. we really enjoyed our stay at Mari Suites Hotel.
We felt really comfortable during our stay and had nothing to complain about.
